User Persona & Empathy Archetypes

Conduct competitive research on student platforms and design three distinct, data-driven user persona cards detailing user pain points.

W2

The Interactive User Flow & Low-Fi Architecture

Map out the entire application user flow in FigJam, then sketch out low-fidelity digital wireframes for the core 8 pages.

W3

The Design Token System

Build a centralized Figma library containing typography scales, accessible color palettes, UI grid layouts, and reusable button states.

W4

High-Fidelity UI Layouts

Design pixel-perfect desktop and mobile viewports for the primary student marketplace feed and item creation flows.

W5

The High-Fi Interactive Prototype

Link all high-fidelity screens together in Figma using advanced smart-animations to create a completely interactive, clickable user test prototype.

W6

The Developer DevMode Handoff Package

Organize the Figma canvas, add precise spacing callouts, write text-wrapping constraints, and hand off clean design specs to the Dev intern.

W7

The Maze Usability Test Report

Run an unmoderated usability study with 5 internal/external testers using Maze, and compile a UX Audit report mapping user confusion points.

W8

UX Refinement Iterations

Redesign layout bottlenecks identified in the usability test, specifically optimizing the checkout and registration screens.

W9

The Visual Asset Archive

Categorize, clean, and archive the Figma workspace, exporting all asset SVG files and building a "Future UX Roadmap" slide presentation.
